Being as we have spent the last few days at The Surface Design show in London, it seems only fitting that we should produce a little blog piece to share our experience at the show, as well as share some brilliant pictures with you! Those of you who follow us on Twitter and other social media will properly have shared in our journey but for those of you who haven’t now is your opportunity!
Our event started with an early morning, a full ( Well Packed) van & a recipe for disaster!
Let’s talk about the venue next, a beautiful building, starting off life as the royal agricultural hall, it is an amazing venue, though the stairs were a little menacing! The design of the building reflects the very nature of the event! The variety of architecture and design on offer in the building was huge and we thoroughly enjoyed being part of that.
Not only was the venue amazing, but the location and surrounding area was beautiful!
Our stand location was brilliant, we had worked hard at improving our stand design as well as our product after last year event. With the help of a lot of velcro we delivered what we think is a pretty cool looking stand! It show cases our material and process in a very unique way. The same will apply if you choose to work with us with your own patterns and logos, you will get a very slick branding message with a very bespoke style.
We couldn’t have done it without all the designers, manufacturers and trade associations that have helped us out over the last few months. Boardcraft, Composites UK & Jason Muteham have been major supports to us over the last few months.
We have had a busy few days, met some wonderful people and learn about some very interesting products! The pictures below give a nice little snapshot into how busy we were during the show!
So what is left to say? A fantastic event, well done to all involved, we had a great time we hope you did too! Until next year! #SDS16
